High-end living IN THE HEART OF the CITY

Nestled on the northern edge of the creative hub of the Crossroads, immediately adjacent to a newly revived Downtown, Atlas is one block away from the streetcar, next door to the Sprint Center, and in easy walking distance of a gourmet grocery, a variety of shops and galleries, and dozens of restaurants and entertainment venues.

Designed by a noted Kansas City architect in Romanesque Revival style, Atlas was constructed in 1902. It first housed the Grand Avenue Storage Company, then Atlas Storage and Transfer, followed by the Berlau Paper Company. The magnificent structure—listed on the National Register of Historic Places—has finally found its true calling.
